The San Francisco 49ers have released their final injury report ahead of Saturday’s high-stakes Divisional Round clash in Seattle. With a trip to the NFC Championship Game on the line, the Niners enter the weekend dealing with several notable injuries — including one major absence.

Fred Warner Officially OUT

The biggest storyline of the week centered around the potential return of All-Pro linebacker Fred Warner. After suffering a dislocated and broken ankle back in Week 6, Warner’s 21-day practice window was opened earlier this week.

While head coach Kyle Shanahan noted that Warner “looked good” in limited practice work, the organization is clearly prioritizing long-term health. Warner has been officially ruled OUT for Saturday’s Divisional Round matchup.

Impact: Warner’s absence places added pressure on the 49ers’ linebacker depth against Seattle’s run-pass balance.

Secondary and Special Teams Hits

The 49ers will also be without Ji’Ayir Brown, who is dealing with a hamstring injury sustained during the Wild Card win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown’s absence creates a noticeable void in the secondary, particularly against Seattle’s vertical passing attack.

Questionable Designations

Several contributors remain questionable heading into kickoff:

  • Ricky Pearsall (knee)
  • Jacob Cowing (hamstring)
  • Dee Winters (ankle)
  • Luke Gifford (quadricep)

All four will be monitored closely leading up to kickoff, with final active/inactive designations expected 90 minutes before game time.

Good News for the Offensive Line

There is positive news up front for San Francisco. All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams progressed to full participation in practice this week and carries no injury designation.

Williams is fully expected to start and will be critical in protecting Brock Purdy’s blindside against Seattle’s edge rush.

Kickoff Reminder:
The 49ers and Seahawks kick off Saturday afternoon. Stay tuned for final active/inactive updates approximately 90 minutes before kickoff.
